Employment Program

     Crossroads Clubhouse provides a range of services designed to ensure member success in the workplace. Individuals receive assistance in job preparation, placement, on-the-job support, benefit management, and career advancement. Employment opportunities include:

Transitional Employment (TE)
        - Offers the opportunity to enter or re-enter competitive employment with intensive job support from a placement manager. Positions are part-time entry-level jobs in local firms.


Supported and Independent Employment (SE/IE)
     - Crossroads Clubhouse provides support for individual seeking competitive, permanent employment including:

• Career planning
• Resume writing
• Job search assistance
• Interview preparation and assistance
• Ongoing support
